So here we are… again.
If you’ve been watching this snore journey unfold, you know I’ve been trying. Like actually trying.
After realizing how horrifyingly loud my snoring was in the first stream (yes, I watched the replay and winced 😅), I made a decision:
No more ignoring it. No more pretending it’s “not that bad.”
I changed how I sleep. I’ve been exercising. I even fixed my bedtime routine (mostly).
But last night, after a 10+ hour nonstop workday, I crashed hard — and I’m starting to wonder:
👉 Is pure exhaustion helping me sleep deeper and snore less?
👉 Or is it making everything worse by pushing my body past its limit?
That’s what tonight is about.
