Charlotte shares knowledge about on how important your thoughts and sleep are to your health, how your thoughts can bring about the change you want and the techniques for how you can achieve the change.
With hypnotherapy it helps you ease your negative thoughts and worries. You can
programme the behaviour you want to have the change you want. Hypnotherapy helps you
visualise good thoughts, take action to make change happen and have the thoughts that
help you. You can release the thoughts and habits you don’t want.
Charlotte works at getting to the root cause through hypnotherapy and NLP. Including
working with the inner child, and the beliefs held from a trauma. Focus on calm by picturing
a happy positive thought or place or experience.
Over 1600 Lloyds employees attended my group work related hypnotherapy and well being
workshops from 2024 to 2025.
I speak every year and give group hypnotherapy at The Healing Festival in July in UK.
