Humans Are Naturally Polyphasic Sleepers. Generally People Sleep 8 To 9 Hours In A Day But In This Sleep We Spend Lot Of Time In Light Sleep And According To Science Light Sleep Is Not A Recoverable Sleep. If We More Discuss About Sleep Then Last Stage Of Sleep Is Called REM (Rapid Eyes Movement). In This Sleep Stage Our Mind Remove Toxins In Our Brain And We See Lucid Dream So The Logic Behind Polyphasic Sleep Is That Our Brain Takes Less Amount Of Time To Reach Into This Stage As Compare To Normal Sleep And Brain Can Perform All Vital Process In Just A Small Nap.

There Are Four Type Of Polyphasic Sleep:-
1-Biphasic-
In This Cycle We Sleep 5 Hours As A Main Sleep And Take A 90 Minutes Nap Throughout The Day. This Sleep Cycle Is Totally Healthy.

2-Everyman Sleep-In This Cycle We Sleep 3 Hours As A Main Sleep
And Take Three 20 Minutes Naps Throughout The Day.

3- Dymaxion- In This Sleep Cycle We Take 4 Naps Throughout The Day In Each 6 Hours.

4- Uberman- In This Sleep Cycle We Take 6 Naps Throughout The Day In Every 4 Hours.
