Ever heard of people using gladwrap or glad press n seal for their dry eyes? This is a small trend that has become a bit of a dry eye hack for people who wake up with dry eyes in the morning. While there are many dry eye hacks out there, the downside to glad press and seal is that it is not developed to be put on your face, so it may cause some irritation. That is why eye doctors are now recommended a product called Sleep Tite Sleep Rite instead.
Some people do sleep with their eyes wide open but many more people may be sleeping with their eyes only slightly cracked open.
This leaves your eyes exposed to the open air and your tear film is more likely to evaporate and dry out.
