Sleep Hygiene Education: Evening Exercise

This series of exercises stretch the entire body. This helps to relieve tension in the muscles and joints.

The exercises in this video are meant to supplement, not replace, traditional psychotherapy and/ or your regular physiotherapy movement and training. Viewers are advised to take full responsibility for their safety and to know their limits. Before practicing the skills and movements in this video be sure that your environment is safe and well maintained. Do not take risks beyond your level of experience, aptitude, training and comfort level. Should you experience any discomfort, always come back to your normal resting posture or consult with your regular physician if the discomfort persists.
