In this public talk at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 4 July 2019, Dr Simon Kyle explains how sleep disruption affects mental health and how digital CBT can be an effective treatment for chronic insomnia.
Dr Simon Kyle is Associate Professor at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences and Programme Director for the Oxford Online Programme in Sleep Medicine.
