Some people wake up at night because their brain is too ‘wired’ to stay asleep.
In this video, I explain a method to strengthen your brain’s “sleep stability system” — the part responsible for filtering out harmless noises and sensations. This technique (developed by myself and Michael Storey) helps people with low arousal threshold or anyone who wakes too easily. By training your brain you can sleep deeper and reduce night-time awakenings, and even improve daytime focus and memory.
