So I jumped into the research, asked a bunch of patients, talked to a few friends, and here’s what I’ve developed and I’m telling all my patients about it: my ultimate sleep routine for seniors.
My ultimate sleep routine begins by finding out the EXACT right time to go to bed. As we age, we experience something called chrono-longevity and so we may get tired earlier and want to go to bed at a different time than we were used to when we were young.
After finding the exact right time to go to bed, we’ll work backwards using my 8-4-3-2-1 approach. Following these steps will allow you to easily and peacefully drift off to a long night of sleep!
