Can’t Sleep? What NOT To Do

You’ve probably heard me sleep expert, Dr. Michael Breus, say that if you can’t sleep, you should stay in bed. You’ve ALSO heard him say you should get out of bed. So which is better? The answer is, it depends! If you’re having trouble sleeping at night, staying in bed can offer some rejuvenation, but there may be times where getting out of bed is a better solution. Confused?!
