SLEEP, nidra and health
This episode covers the importance of sleep, insomnia and negative impact of poor quality or duration of sleep on the physical, mental and emotional health. Modern medicine has done many studies on the impact of sleep on chronic illnesses and how circadian rhythms are important for good health. Learn how Ayurvedic principles are supported by these studies and dosha clock and doshas follow modern understanding.
